What is Aadhar India's Returns policy?

Aadhar India's 30 Day Returns Policy Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 011-47012667 (10am-7pm) within a period of 30 days, from the delivered date. Please Click Here for any other assistance. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

  • Also, for any non-returnable/non-refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking of partner’s product.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Aadhar India's 30 Day Returns Policy."

Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?

  • In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money:
  • We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  • The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
  • You have thirty days (from the delivery date) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund as per Aadhar India's return policy.
